In this episode, Sheriff Stephen J. visits his friend Vance at "Vance's Tropical Fish" to see Vance's new tropical fish that are native to Hawaii, then shares his Whale Watch experience from the Pacific Ocean off the shores of Maui, Hawaii, where each year he goes to the Mala Ramp, to get on a raft and watch the Humpback Whales, that have come to the warm waters of Maui to mate and give birth.
